O-ring adopted for the emergency disconnect coupling used in hydrogen dispensers!
At Takashi Industrial Co., Ltd., as we advance the development of fuel cell vehicles and the construction of hydrogen stations, which are the supply side of fuel, we are conducting research and development on EPDM for low-temperature and high-pressure applications, and fluorine rubber (FKM) for both normal-temperature and high-pressure, as well as high-temperature and high-pressure applications for use in hydrogen stations.
Among these, O-rings made of EPDM for low-temperature and high-pressure applications have been adopted for emergency disconnect couplings used in hydrogen dispensers at hydrogen stations operating at 70 MPa.
Our company specializes not only in the manufacturing of standard circular O-rings but also in the production of deformed O-rings. If you have any rubber-related inquiries, please feel free to consult us.
